[4]***A platform game which is kinda infamous because of its bizarre humor. Gameplay reminded me a lot of the original 'Wonderboy'. The game becomes very difficult soon because without precise jumps you won't stand a chance and fall down one of the numerous pits. And when you don't constantly collect fruits your life bar will decrease slowly but steadily.***This comical action game features two bungling detectives, J.J. and JEFF, as they travel through a total of six fields. One day, a request comes into their office to take a case that requires them to "rescue a wealthy man who's been kidnapped." Choose between the two characters and set off alone to outwit your partner and save the day. Each field is broken down into four areas, where enemies, as well as your partner, will try to keep you from your goal. There are many items throughout each area. Kick around in various locations to make them appear. Jump and spray-paint your way toward your goal. If you find a hidden room, you can regain health while being completely entertained by its short sketch and surreal allure.

[52]***A funny platform game. It's an arcade port with a slightly different level design. This game has a very 'Japanese style of humor' which I found quite amusing. Controls are only average though and it seemed that when you didn't hurry, some very nasty monsters appeared... making this game unnecessarily difficult.

[70]***You are Gogan, a muscular powerhouse with enough guts to enter the Pits of Madness. Your mission: rescue the beautiful red-haired Flare. You are strong, but you also have Sting, a sacred axe to help you battle strange creatures and Jagu's savage cult - through mountain, jungle and cave. Increase Sting's power, unlock hidden levels, win extra lives and rescue Flare. If you don't, who will?***This game is one of the best early PC-Engine games. Good graphics and a brilliant soundtrack make this game shine. Gameplay isn't less polished and although it's difficult it stays fair.***

Kaizō Chōjin Schbibin Man  NCS Masaya1989Reviewed as "Overhauled Man".
[1]***Reviewed as "Over Hauled Man 3".
[32]***This is one of the standard anime-ish platform action games. You can choose between a male and female character and have to make your way through several levels which are linked via an overworld map to the fortress of the evil boss enemy. You can even play with 2 players simultaneously. The only interesting thing about this game is the change between day and night levels. Depending on the overworld time you get to make the same stage by day or night. Graphics and sound are only slightly above average and the own characters moved somewhat slowly and sluggish.
